Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. On average, 1-2 messages per month. You will likely receive a conversational message once for each appointment reminder, scheduling confirmation, or for important updates related to your dental care. Roanoke Valley Dental reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Roanoke Valley Dental and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions
